Site planned for 2029 and has expansions through 2030
Ownership: Kitebrook Infra owns the building.

Kitebrook Børdalen is a planned greenfield data center campus located in the Samnanger municipality of western Norway, situated roughly 40 minutes from Bergen.

Kitebrook AS has acquired ownership of the land, which consists of a flat, ready-zoned plot measuring approximately 60,000 square meters (48,000 square meters of which is dedicated to the immediate campus footprint). Positioned inside a major junction point of the regional power grid, the site sits adjacent to a 420 kV grid node and active hydropower production facilities, enabling a dual-feed electrical setup.

The project is engineered for high-density AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, featuring modular data halls optimized for direct liquid cooling and a chiller-free design. A grid reservation is actively underway for the development, with a conditional supply timeline targeting live power availability by Q1 2029.
