US-based data center provider Mindstream Energy has proposed a gas-powered data center campus spanning 245 acres in Jordan's Al-Risha gas field near the Iraqi border.

Developed via its local subsidiary, Mindstream Jordan LLC, the project aims to serve rising regional demand for AI, high-performance computing, and sovereign cloud infrastructure across Jordan and the broader MENA region. Supported by a long-term natural gas supply agreement with Jordan's National Petroleum Company and potential solar power integration, the facility will utilize Mindstream's modular deployment framework to achieve rapid operational delivery in as few as three to four months.
