Galaxy Data Centers' Redhill campus sits in Foxboro Business Park, Redhill, Surrey, about 30 km south of central London. The 7.8-acre site spans roughly 160,000 sq ft (14,865 sqm) across three buildings.
- Buildings: Redhill DC1 (1 St Annes Boulevard, established 2008), Redhill DC2 (Unit 2, Foxboro Park, 2012) and Redhill DC3 (Unit 3, Foxboro Park, 2008).
- History: Digital Realty operated the three buildings as LGW10, LGW11 and LGW12. In 2024 Digital Realty sold the campus for £64 million ($80m) to Castleforge and Galaxy Data Centers, with a reported development value of £100 million ($124.9m).
- Tenants and connectivity: 26 tenants. Fiber from Zayo, BT, Colt, Cogent, Verizon, Lumen, Virgin and Interoute.
- Build-to-suit: Buildings 1 and 2 are offered as a built-to-suit opportunity for hyperscale and AI deployments.
