Datacenter Groningen BV : Weserve Completes Acquisition of Datacenter Groningen

Dutch company Weserve has acquired colocation firm Datacenter Groningen. Weserve was founded in 2003, and it operates and provides fiber optics. It also manages its own hardware and network from 25 data centers across the country.

On the other hand, Datacenter Groningen owns and operates one data center outside Groningen in the northeast of the Netherlands. The details of the transaction were not revealed. Datacenter Groningen’s facility was launched in 2011, and it offers 720kW of capacity.
