India / Bhārata: VueNow InfoTech Signs MoU Worth $1.6bn To Develop 750 Edge Data Centers in Uttar Pradesh, India

VueNow Infotech has announced that it has signed an MoU with the government of Uttar Pradesh, India. The deal will see VueNow develop the infrastructure for up to 750 Edge data centers in the state. The MoU is worth 13,500 crores (~US$1.6bn). VueNow Infotech Pvt Ltd’s MD, Sukhvinder Singh Kharaur, signed the MoU with Arvind Kumar, the infrastructure and industrial development commissioner. 

India’s Chief Secretary, Durga Shanker Mishra, oversaw the MoU. He also described the state of Uttar Pradesh as the ideal location and destination for data center operators globally.
