TIM Group: TIM Brasil signs solar deal with Faro Energy

TIM Brasil and Faro Energy just announced that they had signed a renewable energy deal. The deal will see Faro Energy supply TIM Brasil with five solar power plants for its network infrastructure before 2021 runs out. Faro will be responsible for investing, constructing, operating, and maintaining the solar power plants. This deal will see Faro supplying TIM Brasil with a total of 15 solar plants.

The Chief Business Support Officer of TIM, Bruno Gentil, commented that TIM Brasil currently has 34 renewable energy plants running and that the Company plans to reach 60 by 2022. He further added that partnering with Companies like Faro Energy will make TIM Brasil achieve its goals.
