Telehouse: Telehouse Presents Data Facility in Bangkok

Telehouse opened its first data center in Thailand in Bangkok. The company owned by KDDI recently conducted a grand opening ceremony for the new Rama 9 location in Bangkok. The 97,000-square-foot facility with a capacity of 9.5MVA was announced in January 2022. The business reported investing $74 million in the project.
Telehouse, founded in 1988 and owned by the Japanese telecommunications company KDDI, operates in 15 locations worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Japan.
SuperNap Thailand, Bridge DC, Etix Everywhere, STT GDC, and NTT operate facilities in and around Bangkok while Singtel develops new initiatives. Alibaba, Tencent, and Amazon Web Services have or are establishing a presence in the capital as well.
