Stream Data Centers Announces New Investment Vehicle For Data Centers

May 17, 2022 | Posted by Abdul-Rahman Oladimeji

Stream Data Centers has announced the launch of a new investment vehicle to make investments in stabilized facilities across the United States. The company revealed that it would use the new investment platform to make wholly-owned investments in data center opportunities in the country, focusing on stabilized opportunities with modest values. Stream DC will also focus its investments on major data center markets in the country.

According to Stream, the company will look into making risk-averse investments with high potential with the new vehicle. The Managing Director of the Stream investments practice, Mike Armstrong, said one major reason for the company’s long-lasting success in investing and developing data centers is because of its strong team. Stream DC was founded in 1990, and it specializes in developing wholesale data center capacity and built-to-suit solutions.

Stream Data Centers has 36 sites in 11 regions.
