SteelWave buys data center and office building from Metronest in Boulder, Colorado

 A real estate firm called SteelWave has acquired a data center and office complex belonging to Metronest. The property is located at 1450 Infinite Drive in Louisville, Boulder County. The building is a multi-tenant one, and it occupies 154,000 square feet of space. It also sits on a 20.3-acre site. In addition, the property houses a 24,416 square feet data center/clean room, two lab rooms/office, with a total space of 13,000 square feet, two offices with a total space of 19,500 square feet, and another clean room/lab with a total space of 12,625 square feet.
