STC Solutions signs contract worth $53.66m for NEOM data center

Following the General Authority of Competition in Saudi Arabia giving data center builds the go-ahead in Neom, the Arabian Internet and Telecommunication Company (Solutions) has announced it has awarded the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) a contract, worth SAR 201.3 million (USD 53.6 million).
The funds will contribute to the development of the data center’s infrastructure, cloud platform , as well as other applications.
According to reports, the project will be delivered a year from the signing of the contract, and provided with support services for three years.
