STACK, a leading global developer and operator of data centers and the digital infrastructure partner to the most cutting-edge businesses in the world, announced the completion of the first phase at its flagship campus in Toronto. The first phase of the campus, with a total capacity of 56MW, is located in Toronto, Canada's commercial, economic, and industrial hub and the fourth-largest city in North America. It includes an 8MW data center and 48MW of scheduled additional capacity.

The 20-acre campus has a central location with a contracted connection to power and robust connectivity. It is only six miles from 151 Front Street in downtown Toronto, Canada's largest carrier hotel and the city's principal internet exchange. First Gulf, a prominent Toronto developer, collaborated with STACK to provide the initial 8MW data center by revamping an existing building, thereby reducing material consumption and energy emissions per STACK's sustainability objectives. The subsequent 24MW development phase, whose delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026, will be powered by Toronto Hydro from three diverse substations utilizing 100 percent renewable energy sources. In a market with limited capacity, the third phase will provide 24MW to support client expansion on a campus designed as a purpose-built scalability solution.

STACK's extensive portfolio of data centers features an industry-leading scale, with dozens of construction and development initiatives in progress. STACK is one of the largest and fastest-growing global private data center operators, with over 4.0 GW of expansion and potential capacity and 2.5GW of built or under construction capacity.
