Seoul: SC Capital Partners Launches Zeus Data center Plans Hyperscale Facility in Seoul

Singapore’s SC Capital Partners (SCCP) has announced the launch of a new data center firm. The real estate investment firm says it will be developing hyperscale facilities across Asia. Zeus Data Centers, backed by SCCP, launched its website and social media pages in the summer. Reports show that Zeus DC is a joint venture between Abner Investments and SCCP DC Investments. SCCP also has a 60.3 percent stake in the new data center firm.
IPE Real Assets first reported that Zeus acquired a site in Seoul, South Korea. The report stated that the company would be developing a $500 million hyperscale data center there. SC Zeus has also confirmed the news. The company says it will be developing a 45MW, 484,350 square feet (45,000 sqm) data center in Seoul. Zeus also revealed that its total development across the APAC region could reach 250MW. The company is looking to develop the facilities in Singapore and Japan. It will also target Bangkok, Thailand, and Jakarta, Indonesia.
