Sabey Data Centers: Sabey Data Centers issues $175 million in securitized notes

Sabey Data Centers announced that it has raised $175 million by issuing securitized notes at a coupon rate of 1.881%. By offering the notes at 1.881%, Sabey has set a record for the lowest new issue spread to benchmark rates. Also, Sabey Data Centers says it is the only data center issuer to offer investors notes rated A+ by Standards and Poor’s.

President of Sabey Data Centers, Robert Rockwood, noted that the issued notes allow the Company to continue growing as it strives to bring the best and most sustainable data center solutions to its customers. With this issuance, Sabey has now raised $975 million through A+ rated notes in the last 18 months after it raised $800 million in securitized notes in May 2020.

Seattle, WA (July 8, 2021) – Sabey Data Centers, one of the largest privately-owned multi-tenant data center owner/developer/operators in the United States, announced today that it issued $175 million of securitized notes at a fixed rate coupon of 1.881% setting a record for the lowest new issue spread to benchmark rates in the sector. Sabey is the only data center issuer to offer investors notes rated “A+” by Standard & Poor’s. With this follow-on issuance, Sabey has issued $975 million of A+ rated notes.
