Raxio Group has appointed South Africa-based Master Power Technologies to help develop its data centers. Master Power Technologies is a private company founded in 1999 which provides data center and turnkey power solutions across Africa. Master Power will help design, supply, install and commission all technical areas in Raxio’s sites.
CEO of Raxio Group, Robert Mullins, said the partnership with Master Power would accelerate its expansion through a more efficient and optimized process across different sites. He also noted that Master Power’s track record of successful installations across Africa as a whole and its ability to design its solutions to meet the needs of the Company’s design were a determinant in the selection process.
Menno Parsons, CEO of Master Power, also said that building Raxio’s next data centers is essential in meeting the increased demand for colocation services across Africa. Menno Parsons further added that the Company is happy to be able to help deliver the next-gen facilities.
