Patria Looking To Sell its Odata Data Center Firm

According to Valor Economico, Patria Investments is mulling over the sale of its data center firm Odata. The report has it that the Brazilian asset manager is in advanced talks with investment banks and international merger & acquisition firms to determine who will handle the transaction.

In addition, reports also show that Patria values Odata at $1 billion. Odata currently operates or is developing three facilities in Sao Paulo, Brazil; one in Santiago, Chile; one in Querétaro, Mexico; and one in Bogota, Colombia. Upon full build-out, Odata will have over 1.6 million square feet (150,000 square meters) of data center space and up to 100MW of capacity.

ODATA SA has 23 sites.
