Microsoft Azure: Microsoft to expand in Washington

Microsoft has revealed plans to build three data centers in Malaga, Washington, on Malaga Alcoa Highway in Chelan County. The Port Authority outlined in the fillings that it assumes the development will involve the construction of three buildings on the site by the end of 2025; further, there is potential for two more buildings by 2027. 

Alongside this, it also outlined that each of the three buildings will require approximately 83 gallons per minute and just below 121,000 gallons per day. 

A ‘Waterline Extension Project’ is being designed to improve water infrastructure in the area; these Waterworks are projected for completion by the end of 2025.
