Microsoft Azure: Microsoft adds new availability zones to India Central Azure cloud region

Microsoft has unveiled new availability zones in its Indian Central Azure cloud region. Usually, Azure regions launch with three availability zones. These zones are physically separated to provide higher redundancy, availability, and disaster recovery protection. However, there are cases where Microsoft launches single zones with others added later. 

The three availability zones in the India Central Region were launched together, and they are now generally available. Microsoft said in an announcement that Availability Zones give users more options for high availability for extremely demanding services and applications.
