LOGOS said the facility is already under construction and that it would be ready in the first quarter of 2022. LOGOS is a firm that owns, lease, and develop logistics properties in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam, India, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Stephen Hawkins, MD of LOGOS, commented that the Company is happy to partner with Pure Data Centers to push its investment in the growing data center sector. He added that most of its existing logistics properties are suited to accommodate the mix of power and network fiber connectivity that supports the data center business.

Besides, LOGOS also said that it is venturing into data centers because its capital partners have a solid interest in the sector. Not only that but also because of the increasing demand from its customers.

Pure Data Centres Group has 21 sites.
