Keppel DC REIT Completes Acquisition Of Second Data Center In London

Keppel DC REIT has completed the acquisition of its second data center in London, UK. The Singaporean firm revealed that it acquired the data center in Bracknell for £57 million (S$105.5m/US$76.9m). The data center sits on a 4.7-acre property with three inter-linked two-story buildings. The data center also has a gross floor space of 8,800 square meters (94.867 square feet). Keppel will name the data center London Data Centre. The facility is also fully leased to a top telco until 2039. 

The CEO of Keppel DC REIT, Anthea Lea, said the company is excited to expand in London as it is a top data center hub globally. He added that the deal shows the company’s commitment to identifying top-class data centers in major data center hubs across the globe.
