Keppel announced the acquisition of 1-Net North for $200 million. 1-Net will still run its colocation operations from in the site.
In other words, Keppel will be the landlord and 1Net will still operate the data center.

NOTICE OF CLARIFICATIONSingapore, 20th September 2019 – 1-Net Singapore Pte Ltd (1-Net) has received queries about the status of the ownership of our 1-Net data centre business, located at 18 Riverside Road. This follows announcements by both Keppel DC Reit and Keppel Infrastructure Trust released on SGXNet on Monday 16 September 2019 containing references to “1-Net North Data Centre”.
1-Net wishes to clarify that the aforementioned proposed transaction pertains only to the ownership of the building that houses a 1-Net data centre and does not change the ownership or business operations of 1-Net North Data Centre. 1-Net North Data Centre remains a business owned and operated by 1-Net, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mediacorp Pte Ltd.
