Kazteleport has announced its plans to develop a data center in Uzbekistan. Representatives from the Kazakhstan IT firm met with Uzbekistan’s ministry for the Development of IT and Communications to discuss cooperation in the IT field. The parties plan to explore the development of knowledge outsourcing and business outsourcing services in the country. In addition, the agreement sees the parties agree to develop a data center in Uzbekistan.

The head of Kazteleport, Askar Kusainov, said the company is looking to infiltrate the Uzbek market as a cloud operator. He noted that the market is developing faster than the infrastructure market, which means there’s already high demand for a top-notch service provider that guarantees customer satisfaction. Kusainov also added that the company would acquire land and develop a data processing center there this year.
