A CtrlS Data Centers location in Bengaluru, India, has been leased by Intel India for use as a data center. Intel will be provided with 11,536 square feet of data center space under the terms of a three-year lease commencing on July 18.

The lease, which CRE Matrix was able to access, states that the first floor of Bangalore DC1 in Electronic City will be rented for $13,505 per month and the seventh floor will be rented for $43,713 per month. DC1, one of the company's hyperscale structures, has a total capacity of 7 MW and 1,800 racks, according to the CtrlS website.

CtrlS maintains hyperscale data centers throughout India, including four in Mumbai, one each in Bangalore, Kolkata, and Noida, as well as two in Hyderabad. Additionally, the company maintains two Edge data centers in Lucknow and Patna. CtrlS announced in January that it would triple its data center portfolio by 2025. Since then, the company has announced plans for a 150MW campus in Thailand and a $18.1 million investment in a data center in Odisha, India.
