GI Partners secures $390m refinancing for One Wilshire carrier hotel in LA

JLL’s Capital Markets Group has announced that it has helped GI Partners refinance the One Wilshire carrier hotel in California. The group said it arranged a $390 million refinancing for One Wilshire’s 30-story, multi-tenant, 660,000 square foot data center and office building. 

Executive managing director at JLL, Kevin MacKenzie, said One Wilshire is one of the largest internet exchanges globally. He added that GI Partners has done an amazing job by managing the property to create significant value while also maximizing its utilization. MacKenzie noted that JLL was able to set up a diverse team to secure the best possible result for GI Partners. One Wilshire was designed in 1966 by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. DataBank and CoreSite are the major colocation tenants in the building.

One Wilshire Building is located at 624 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
