A former data center occupied by the FBI in Clarksburg, West Virginia, has been put up for sale. The facility has been put up for sale for $1.5 million; however, real estate company RealCorp said the facility is available to lease. The building has 26,397 square feet of space, and it sits on 0.44 acres of land. The facility was built in 1987. The Harrison County Economic Development Corporation leased the facility to the FBI.

The property has three-story buildings, and it offers 27 offices and 80 cubicles. In addition, there’s up to 3,696 square feet of data center space with a capacity for 100 racks in the building. According to RealCorp, the facility is ideal for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) services.
