TIM Group: ERG To Provide Italian Telco TIM With 3.4 Terawatt Hours of Green Energy

TIM, an Italian Telco, has announced its new ten-year deal with ERG. The deal will see ERG provide TIM with 3.4 Terawatt hours of green energy across the country through its wind farms. The deal is expected to start next year, and it would see 20% of TIM’s total energy usage come from renewable sources.

The CEO of TIM, Luigi Gubitosi, noted that the deal shows the Company’s commitment to using renewable energy. He also said that the agreement helps the Company achieve its objectives and the Company’s community objectives.
