Cyfuture is constructing a new data center in Chennai, India, its fifth facility in the country. To be located on a one-acre plot in Tembaran, Chennai, it is pegged to offer 500 racks in its first phase. While the company already data centers in Noida, Jaipur, and Raipur, it has also announced plans for further expansion expand in Mumbai and Bangalore in the second half of this year.
Speaking about its expansion, Cyfuture CEO and founder Anuj Bairathi, said: "We are thrilled to bring our state-of-the-art data center infrastructure to Chennai. This new facility will enable us to meet the increasing demand for cloud services in the region and help our clients drive innovation and growth through the power of the cloud."
Meanwhile, Ajai Rai, chief technology officer, Cyfuture, said that the facility is a "testament" to the company's commitment to "providing the best possible cloud services to our clients." Rai added: "We look forward to helping businesses in the region as the facility will feature redundant power and cooling systems to ensure maximum uptime and advanced fire suppression and security measures."
