CtrlS Dubai: CtrlS Plans to Invest $18.1m on a Data Center in Odisha, India

CtrlS Datacenters will invest $18.1 million in a greenfield Edge data center in Odisha, India. On May 30, the corporation began work on the data center in the capital city of the state, Bhubaneswar. It is anticipated that approximately 110 jobs will be created in the city of Bhubaneswar as a result of the proposed 10-year investment. Long-term, CtrlS intends to transform the site into a 10-acre hyperscale data center campus. This first facility will be known as CtrlS Bhubaneswar 1 and will have a 5MW capacity. The facility will provide hosting and cloud services to hyperscale, government, and enterprise consumers.

CtrlS has an operational footprint of 1.2 million square feet and a 5 million square feet construction footprint. The company maintains 2 data centers in Hyderabad, 1 in Bengaluru, 4 in Mumbai, and 1 in Noida, as well as two Edge facilities, one in Patna and one in Lucknow. CtrlS intended to establish over 20 Edge data centers across the country.
