Valterra Partners and 1547 CSR-owned ColoHouse has completed the acquisition of a bare metal, data center, and cloud provider in the US Midwest named Steadfast. The acquisition sees ColoHouse gain ownership of three colocation data center locations. The locations include 350 E. Cermak and 725 S. Wells in Chicago, Illinois, and one location in Edison, New Jersey.

CEO of ColoHouse, Paul Bint, said 2021 was a busy year for the company. However, he added that the company is happy at the acquisition of Steadfast as it brings more firepower to an already robust IT platform across a diverse geographic data center and IT footprint. The CFO and interim CEO of Steadfast, Paul Voswinkel, said ColoHouse is building something truly remarkable that hadn’t been done before. ColoHouse was acquired last year by 1547 CSR and Valterra partners. ColoHouse also acquired Quonix Group with its Turnkey Internet Units. It also acquired Lume Cloud.
