ColoHouse: ColoHouse acquires Quonix Group

ColoHouse has completed the acquisition of Quonix Group. The acquisition sees ColoHouse take control of Quonix’s Data102 and Turnkey Internet Units. ColoHouse will be adding three new locations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Albany, New York; and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Quonix’s Turnkey bare metal service will add over 1,000 customers to ColoHouse’s existing customer list. None of the firms revealed the terms of the transaction.

CEO of ColoHouse, Paul Bint, said: “2021 continues to be the year of formulating the perfect group of exemplary companies and teams to create a best-in-class colocation, cloud, and services company.” He added that acquiring Quonix allows ColoHouse to venture into building ownership with the Turnkey Internet facility in New York. Quonix was established in 2005 as a web and email hosting services firm. It later moved into colocation in 2007.
