Cloverleaf Infrastructure is proposing a 633-acre data center project, known as Project Open Sky, in Canadian County. The company has submitted an annexation petition and rezoning application to the City of Piedmont for a 633-acre site located between Azalea Road NW, Richland Road NW, and Moffat Road NW.

According to the site plan, the campus would include six data center buildings, each measuring 352,800 sq ft (32,776 sqm), along with smaller warehouse facilities and a substation. Cloverleaf Infrastructure has also stated that the development will use a closed-loop cooling system and that it will fund any necessary power or transmission upgrades to avoid contributing to higher electricity rates.

Cloverleaf Infrastructure is holding an open house for the proposed facility today, and has stated via its website and a Facebook page that it does not require NDAs. Meanwhile, some local residents have voiced opposition on a public Facebook page,

Cloverleaf Infrastructure has 13 sites.
