The data center will be built on a 10-acre campus near a Forks Hydro-power station in the country. According to Cloudoon, the data center will be the largest in Kenya.

The data center will offer over 10MW of IT capacity. It will also provide 200,000 square feet (18,580 square meters) of raised floor space. In addition, the data center will also hold over 2,500 racks. Cloudoon will power the facility with a combination of a 10MW solar plant nearby and hydroelectricity.

There are 15 data centers in Kenya.
