Ascent’s data center in Plano, Texas, has been put up for lease by Cushman & Wakefield. The data center is at 1500 East Plano Parkway, and it is listed as a single-tenant facility. The 43,000 square feet data center sits on 4.5 acres of land. It was built in 1992, and it was last renovated in 2017.
According to Ascent, the DAL1 facility totals 43,300 square feet (4,000 square meters). It also has a 17,700 square feet server-ready data hall that can be expanded to 74,400 square feet. DAL1 has 2.7MW of critical power, and it can be upgraded to up to 5.4MW. In addition, the data center is built to be able to handle F5 tornados.
