Adam MAD Alcala: Adam launches Madrid data center

Adam, a data center Company in Spain, announced that it would be opening a new data center in Madrid, Spain's capital. The new facility will be Adam’s third and will be situated in the Tecnoalcala Technology Park. The facility will be built in phases, and the first phase will have 3,500 square meters of floor space and a 4MW capacity.

Although construction of the facility began in October 2020, it was first announced in 2019. The data center facility will also be built to meet Tier III standards while using 100% renewable energy. In addition, the new facility in Madrid will host Adam’s new IaaS platform while also being the first data center in Spain to offer DE-CIX’s DirectCLOUD service.
