United States: GlobalFoundries acquires Tagore Technology’s GaN IP portfolio

Chipmaker GlobalFoundries (GF) has acquired a gallium nitride (GaN) IP portfolio from Tagore Technology, a fabless chip company that develops gallium nitride-on-silicon (GaN-on-Si) semiconductor technology for radio frequency and power management applications.
