  Automatic Transfer Switch and 750 kW backup generator providing emergency power for the facility.                Access to numerous diverse metro and long haul fiber routes on site with connectivity to international subsea cable landings in the Northwest and to key regional interconnection facilities.  Scalable power served by Pacific Power with 4 MW of additional power by EOY 2026/Early 2027 and additional scalable power via a dedicated feeder from a nearby substation with upgrades scheduled to be completed 2027-28 and potential ramp to 10 MW; new 500 kV transmission project in the area slated for completion in 2032 allowing further scalability; M1 Light Industrial zoning; proximity to hyperscale data center activity in Prineville, Hillsboro and The Dalles.
