The facility is carrier-neutral with six providers (Spectrum, WIN, NSight, Frontier, Solarus, WisNET), two disparate carrier entrances, and dark fiber availability. Compliance certifications include SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, FDIC, and Wisconsin Act 73.
An established healthcare (300kw) anchor tenant is in place. The site includes a meet-me room, NOC, secure loading docks, staging area, and customer workspace. Backup connectivity to a second Aventus facility approximately 100 miles away is available.
