Regency Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of Central Corporate Center at 5915-6035 South Rio Grande Ave in Orlando, Florida, for $15.1 million. This is a five-building office park with 318,516 square feet of space spread across 21.7 acres of land. The property firm sold the building at a Ten-X auction platform to Central Corporate Center Acquisitions Group. Synovus Bank financed the purchase while the managers were Robert Palacios and Marc Osheroff.

Central Corporate Center also houses a data center. The single-story data center has 51,000 square feet of space, and an AT&T web hosting group previously occupied it. However, we do not know if any firm occupies the facility at the moment. The data center has six emergency backup generators with up to 4MW of power. According to the press release from Regency Commercial Properties, the buyer plans to make significant infrastructure upgrades and improvements to the property.
