XO Communications (XO) has established a point of presence (PoP) in vXchnge'sPhiladelphia data center. XO now has connections in ten vXchnge data centers located across the United States. The new connection is part of the XO strategy to expand its network reach across the U.S. XO provides vXchnge enterprise and service provider customers with cost-effective access to its national IP and Ethernet network, enabling secure and reliable bandwidth on demand connections to locations and cloud resources around the world.
