ColoHouse acquires Lume Cloud

ColoHouse has completed the acquisition of Lume Cloud. Lume Cloud is a managed cloud services provider that provides workspace and cloud solutions. It also offers colocation services out of multiple multi-tenant facilities around the world. CEO of Lume Cloud, Kyle Verzello, said the acquisition of the Company by ColoHouse shows the Company’s interest to improve its competitive edge in the data center market. He added that the two companies could synergize to reach the next level of growth that’s needed.

None of the Companies revealed the terms of the deal. However, Kyle Verzello will continue leading the cloud-based product suites and teams. Included in the acquisition is Lume’s Cloud Anyware. Cloud Anyware is Lume’s flagship solution suite, making it possible for customers to connect private and public services and optimize their cloud spend.
