Woolworths: Inmark Asset Management Wants To Sell Woolworths Sydney HQ and data center

Inmark Asset Management wants to sell Woolworths’ headquarters in Sydney, Australia. It is looking for buyers for the 483,400 square feet site on 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista. The 9-hectare site includes three different office buildings that are linked with a foyer. Furthermore, you’ll also find a supermarket, café, gym, sporting facilities, and what’s coined a ‘significant data center’ at the campus.

Asides from that, an undeveloped 301,000 square feet commercial office floor area is also available at the site. Moreover, Inmark initially bought the site for US$258 million on behalf of some South Korean in 2016. However, the asking price for the property wasn’t disclosed.
