Facebook Temple TX: $800 million data center for Temple (Bell County)

Polmer LLC has reportedly signed an economic development agreement with Temple (Bell County) to build one or more new data centers in the area, accompanied by associated facilities. In addition, the company which was recently incorporated has entered into a tax abatement and water and wastewater agreement with the city. 

The incentive agreement will see the company develop these facilities on a 399.2-acre site based at the southeast corner of Industrial Boulevard and Loop 363.

As per the agreement, the company will commence construction on the data center within two years of signing the agreement. Moreover, it will complete the construction of Phase 1 within the first five years from the start of construction.
