QTS Piscataway: QTS Creates the New Jersey Network Access Point (NJ NAP)

QTS has announced that it is creating a new Internet Exchange Point (IXP) called the NJ NAP in their Piscataway facility. 

Baxtel is skeptical that the IXP will thrive unless it is extended into other carrier-neutral data centers in the greater New York region.
