KOMO Plaza, which hosts the local ABC-affiliated TV and radio stations, is located near Seattle's Space Needle. The KOMO Plaza is a two-building campus along Denny Way, between Fourth and Fifth avenues.

In 2011, the Hines Global REIT acquired KOMO Plaza. Completed in 2003, KOMO Plaza contains a five-story building and a six-story building totaling 293,727 square feet of office, retail, broadcast, telecommunications and data center space.

KOMO Plaza was designed with a highly flexible and adaptable infrastructure, which allows tenants to easily facilitate office layout changes and system upgrades. All office space is efficiently designed with greater column-free bay depth, so there is more usable space per square foot. The floors are raised 18", and house an environmentally progressive cooling system and communications wiring. The ample space under foot also eases remodeling, electrical distribution and efficient upgrading of working environments.

The buildings have been used as the exterior for the fictional hospital in the “Grey’s Anatomy” TV show set in Seattle. In real life, it also houses Univision Seattle, KVI Radio, Star 101.5 radio and a data center.
