Digital Fortress Piscataway: Chirisa acquires Piscataway facility from Equinix

Chirisa Investments announced it has closed on Piscataway New Jersey facility owned by Equinix. The facility formerly known as Equinix NY12 was previously acquired in May 2017 in a large 28 data center deal with Verizon.
The facility is located at 201B Centennial Avenue in Piscataway NJ and is a 96,559 sq/ft data center facility. Two to four megawatts capacity is available with the ability to expand.
The facility will be managed by Digital Fortress, a Chirisa portfolio company. The operations and existing customers were included as part of the deal.
