Operated by:

The site has a three-feed redundant power source operated by Xcel Energy. There are nine 1,000-kva transformers providing 27,758 amps at 208 volt 3-phase 4-wire. DC power (48-volt) is available with “true” A & B configuration. Tenant spaces have their own DC power plants.

Four 2-Megawatt auto-start back-up generators on the roof are fueled from dedicated tanks with sufficient fuel (4,000 gallons per tank) to keep the system operating for up to 72 hours.

Meet-Me-Room

CoreSite's DE1 facility has acted as the defacto building Meet-Me Room. However, in the mid 2010s 910Telecom set up its own MMR. Currently, CoreSite DE1 has more carriers, but 910Telecom is catching up.
